Attended ~SPP~ course yesterday (tak la yesterday sangat, 28 & 29 September) and today (half day). I was bored the whole time, having to listen to the instructor mumbling all those technical details of the system. Unfortunately, we're using the system and I was the only one from our company attending that course,so I had to pay attention.
Feeling extra tired today. Most probably it's because I didn't get up for sahur last night. For the past few days since Ramadhan I somehow didn't feel as tired as the years before; as this year, I finally took the initiative to bersahur in the morning. Even if my sahur meal consists of only water and kurma, I still find myself energetic during the day.
The hikmah of sahur I guess.
Anyway, here's a recipe of a yummy dish I got from a website:
Daging Cendawan Panggang dengan Pesto
Beef/Mutton (type of dish)
Bahan-Bahan :
6-8 biji cendawan Portobello atau Poccini
3-5 biji bawang besar, dipotong dadu
1 kg daging cincang, disangar
lada hitam yang dikisar
sedikit garam minyak zaitun
Untuk Sos Pesto:
daun selasih
3-4 biji bawang putih
pine nuts
lada hitam
7 sudu makan minyak zaitun
Cara Cara :
Panggang cendawan selama 15-20 minit. Sementara menunggu cendawan dipanggang, inti dagingnya boleh disediakan dengan memanaskan minyak zaitun dan tumiskan bawang hingga wangi. Kemudian masukkan daging dan campurkan lada hitam serta garam secukup rasa. Kesemua bahan-bahan untuk sos pesto dikisar. Daging yang sudah dimasak diisikan di atas cendawan dan tuangkan sos pesto ke atas cendawan.
