Huh?What the heck is that???

If u must know, according to my own direct translation, it means something like "The Goddess of the Ring".In elvish. ;-) So, who's the so-called goddess of the ring? ME, of course! Hahaha..

"One Ring to rule them all One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them ..."

Just so u know, my entry this time has got nothing to do with LOTR. Only that when the idea (for this post) struck me, I was instantly reminded of LOTR coz u know, i used to be obsessed 'bout the movies (hehehe).

Anyway, to start off...let me tell you that my story this time IS about the ONE RING...

Iwas in the weekly meeting this morning @ the ****. It was a long and boring meeting, something that i have to attend almost every week. As usual for me, whenever i got bored my mind will start to create a pleasant mental pictures of...erm,well..anything pleasant to keep me entertained. And while i was daydreaming this morning, my hand -unconsciously- started to twist the gold ring on my finger.

Now, the ring might not catch the attention of another women as it is not a fancy ring with lustrous diamonds. In fact, it's just a plain gold band (cincin belah rotan) with a lil' bit of geometrical design. However, what makes it special is because it was given to me by someone I love when his family came to "risik" me.

The event wasn't picture perfect. In fact, it was a bit higgledy-piggledy (to use Ayu's term) as my family didn't have any experience in organizing such events before. Looking back, even the moment when the ring were slipped into my finger was a bit kelam-kabut and funny (and i know it'll make me smile hugely whenever i look back at it).

But somehow, I love the ring. I LOVE THE RING.

I love it so much. I love the feeling when people look at my finger and congratulate me for being engaged (though i'm not yet enganged, most people thought i was because of the ring). And I love the feeling I get when touching the ring, knowing that out there, there's this guy who loves me with all his heart and wanna make me his goddess.

So you see, that is why I feel that my ring and the ring in LOTR has a similarity. They are both S P E C I A L !
